Patient Notification of Patient-Practice Communications

Notify a Patient via their preferred Verified Contact Details (see COM1) that they have received a message from the Practice. When the message is related to an existing communication (e.g. a reply to an existing message), only Patients involved in the communication will need to be notified.

Notify Practice Users e.g. by generating a notification, that a message has been received, whether Citizen initiated or in response to previous communications.
