Outcomes

For a Patient/Service User:

The ability to receive timely and appropriate Domiciliary Care.

For a Health or Care Organisation:

The central management of scheduling for Domiciliary Care services and rostering of staff.

For a Health or Care Professional:

The ability to plan and track care work resulting in better organisation; increased work efficiency by accessing and updating Care Plans and schedules during Patient/Service User visits if required.
