The Community Pharmacy Clinical Services Supplementary Care Standard, introduced in RM197, is being developed further in this Roadmap Item to include the ‘Referral Management - Community Pharmacy’ Capability. The Standards ‘111’, ‘Booking and Referral Standard (BaRS)’ and ‘Personal Demographics Service (PDS)’ will be mandated as part of the Supplementary Care Standard.The Capability ‘Consultation Management - Community Pharmacy’ Epic ‘E00626 - view information from the GP Practice Electronic Patient Record (EPR) of the Patient during Community Pharmacy Consultations’ will be updated to mandate GP Connect Access Record Structured, which will replace Summary Care Record access (SCRa)/National Care Record Service (NCRS).
